It’s the holidays, the sun goes down earlier, the stress load is crazy, and we could all use a little to brighten the day up. Mikes Hard Lemonade is my go-to drink year round, and while it’s just perfect out of the bottle, there are times it can be fun to use in a fun cocktail!

I had some girlfriends over for a mom’s night in, and we decided to whip up these Mike’s Margarita. That night we were all together plotting our upcoming holiday meals and gift ideas We all loved these drinks, and I thought I’d write up a recipe to share with everyone below!

How To Make Mike’s Margaritas:
I used a shot glass to measure the tequila. I knew there would be four of us, so it was fun to set out the first round to be ready.
Now you can use a food scale or measuring cup to measure out the margarita mix for a set amount, or as the night goes on, eyeball it 😉
Take either water or a smidge of Mikes to wet the rim of your Margarita glasses and dip it into a plate of salt.
In a blender dump in the Margarita mix, the tequila, and about 5-6 ice cubes and blend.
Pour into your Margarita glass.
Flip your Mike’s hard lemonade bottle into your glass and allow it to mix up.

We drank ours with straws and lifted the bottle out of the glass to drink out of the bottle.
Our favorite flavors for this were Strawberry Mike’s Hard Lemonade and the Original Mike’s Hard Lemonade!!!
