Pillsbury Cinnamon Roll Casserole Recipe

Whether on Christmas morning or a lazy weekend brunch, this cinnamon roll casserole will be a hit! It requires little work and zero prep work. Using Pillsbury cinnamon rolls is the perfect way to make this, and the cream cheese icing is the perfect topping!

  • Powdered sugar
  • Containers of icing from refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
  • Cream cheese– This will need to be at room temperature to mix the frosting.
  • Milk

How To Make Cinnamon Roll Casserole:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Place the icing containers on the stove (this allows them to thaw out a bit while the casserole bakes)

Spray 9X13 pan with nonstick spray or grease with Crisco. I prefer to bake this recipe in a Pyrex baking dish.

Cut each cinnamon roll dough into about sixths from the package

  1. I see that there is melted butter in the ingredients but it doesn’t say anywhere in the recipe instructions where to add it. I did it without for this time.

    I made this cinnamon roll cassserole yesterday and I just have to say YUM YUM. this was So easy and So good. My grandson Loved it also. Perfect as is but I love raisins and pecans. Will try it next time with that. Thank You, Jenny so much for a DELISH Recipe.
