These  WW 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies are the perfect Weight Watchers dessert or WW brownie!! I know I am obsessed with sweets and love that I am able still to have sweets on the Weight Watchers plan! I found these 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies in a Facebook group being talked about and had to try them out!

(I have included affiliate links to products I love. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.) In addition, this post contains affiliate links that will make me a small commission when used to order online.

It’s really amazing how easy these are to make up! All you need to do is just mix up the two ingredients and bam great brownies!! The kids liked them, but I thought it was more like a thick fudge consistency and not like a real brownie.  They were still pretty good but not a huge favorite of mine.   I may try using a different variety of brownie mix the next time.

  • 1 Can of Pumpkin
  • 1 Box Brownie Mix

How TO Make WW 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray a 9X13 pan (I used a Pyrex Pan) with a nonstick spray (I use my -> Homemade Nonstick Spray) Now I know my mom is all about her metal pans but I am all about the Pyrex cake pans! I think the brownies and cake come out so much better.  Plus they also don’t’ scratch when cutting the brownies.  I have the one pictured and love it, the handles make it great for removing from the oven if you are clumsy like me!! Plus you can order one on Amazon so you don’t even have to leave the house, order, and then the UPS man is at the door when you use Amazon Prime 2 day delivery!  (Don’t have Prime? You NEED for easy online shopping!!)

Mix together both the pumpkin and brownie mix in a bowl.  It gets really thick, I slowly added in the brownie mix and it was still hard to mix up with a whisk.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes and be sure to check for being cooked through

They are thick enough you could cut them like fudge for a get-together or potluck this fall.

These 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies are a quick and easy low Weight Watchers points plus dessert! They are fudge like in consistency!

was really disappointed in these followed the directions and with only two ingredients wasn’t hard and they were so thin and chewy, I made sure they were done checked with a toothpick . What did I do wrong??

Use a cupcake pan, cake mix, bake @ 400° for 23 minutes. I have been making them that way for a few years. Good luck… They are good! 🙂

What size can of Pumpkin? Does anyone know if you can use white cake mix & pumpkin spice, want to know if they taste like pumpkin or not.
        Thanks

When I make my pumpkin muffins I use a 15 oz. can of pumpkin. I sometimes find it to hard to stir and I cheat and add just a splash of water. Hope this helps.

I was told to use a small amt of water so it is not so hard on mixer. I use 1/4 c water. My leader told this.

I agree! The texture was too spongy and the flavor wasn’t even that good. I will not be making these again!

I tweaked the recipe after reading the reviews and my version was much better! Use three tablespoons of milk. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1 egg. Pumpkin pie spice to your liking. Add pumpkin and brownie mix. Mix everything together and follow baking instructions on the brownie box

The olive oil will add in points so be sure to recalculate your Weight Watchers Points.

I didn’t like them at all. They are four Freestyle SPs & not worth it! I do think I will make them again however, next time into drop cookies instead of brownies. The crispy pieces around the edge were pretty tasty.

Don’t expect these to be like the brownies you are used to. That said, I loved them. The texture is different, but the taste is good. I added pumpkin spice and cinnamon. I will try them in the cupcake tin next time. I bake for 20 mins in 9×13 glass pan.

These brownies sound amazing, Jenny! I have to admit that though my favorite brownies are 100% homemade, I’m still a sucker for the mixes since I grew up on them. Love pumpkin too, so Ill have to try these. Thanks for sharing. Pinning!

Made these tonight….thought they were delicious! Even my picky son loved. Made in 9x 13 pan. Look like not enough batter…but, after done are a good size. Only thing, i had to bake a lot longer than 15-20 min. More like 30-35 min. Very moist and chewy. Wondering smart points value?

I would plug in the nutritional information on the side and how many servings the whole box is. I need to find sugar free mixes I know it would bring down the points a lot.

Is the nutritional facts on the side just foe the powder mix? Or it it for the whole thing with eggs and oil?

Its just for the powder on the side of the box. Sometimes it will say prepared instructions on some brands

For nutitional value, you should be able to add the nutritional value of both the canned pumpkin and dry brownie mix. Then divide that by how many pieces you end up with after you cut the whole brownie.

I made these three years ago and shared them with my then-landlady. We ate half the pan that night, and I sent half of the remainder home with her. We liked them very much, but we’re both also into healthier eating. Just have to adjust one’s expectations, not really think of them as brownies, but as a delicious baked chocolate treat. I’ve made them and poured homemade dark chocolate ganache on them, upping the chocolate factor by a million, or so. I’ve also added dark chocolate chips to the batch, and now there are Lily’s chocolate chips that are made with Stevia as the sweetener, and they’re excellent!

Oh, rats, now I want to make a batch of brownies, but it’s almost midnight…
