Pork Fried Rice is a huge family favorite in my house! I love how easy it is to make and how you can easily pack it full of protein. Easy pork fried rice is perfect for weeknight dinners, and the leftovers make for amazing easy dinners the next day, or lunch.

I love quick and easy dinners! As a busy mom of three kids, time on a weeknight is in shortage with soccer practices, Girl Scouts, homework, and the random things that pop up.
It is hard to believe I started making this back in 2015. I love to pick up the Hormel Pork Tenderloins when our Safeway has them for $5 on their $5 Friday. I love to use the Teriyaki pork tenderloin for our fried rice recipe.

Pork Fried Rice Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Eggs
- Green Onions
- Frozen Carrots and Peas
- White Rice
- Pork Tenderloin– Now, Hormel has a lot of varieties of hormel pork tenderloin to choose from. I used Hormel teriyaki pork tenderloin to make this fried rice.
- Minced Garlic
How To Make pork tenderloin fried rice
Start cooking your rice on the stovetop or in a rice cooker.
You can mix in some garlic or broth to give your rice more flavor just be careful with adding extra salt in addition to the soy sauce. I use an older version of the Aroma rice cooker and have had it for over 7 years and love how well it works.
Aroma Housewares 20 Cup Cooked (10 cup uncooked) Digital Rice Cooker
Slice up the Pork Tenderloin into small pieces. We made ours smaller as they cooked in the pan.
In a frying pan on high heat, place a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and allow it to warm up. Once warm, add in the pork tenderloin and cook until done.

Scramble up your eggs in a bowl and start to cook in a pan. I do mine on low heat, so they take longer to cook, but they also won’t burn as fast while you watch the meat and the rice.
Slice up your green onions.
Cook up the peas and carrots, I did a microwave steam bag so it was fast.
Once all the ingredients are done, vegetables are strained if needed; you are ready to mix your ingredients.
I mixed this up in the Tupperware Mega Bowl. My mom got this for me, and it has been amazing at mixing everything!! It’s called THATSA® MEGA BOWL; we have used it for everything.

Place your rice in a large bowl, add meat, green onions, eggs, and vegetables, and start mixing.
Pour in some soy sauce, mix it well, and keep adding until you get your rice’s desired taste.

Serve!

It sounds so easy to make. My daughter loves pork fried rice, but I’ve never made it at home. Crazy, right?

That does look easy to make, even I can do it…..the non cook I am!!! A healthy alternative too! We eat pork every now and then – I’ll have to tell hubby about it since he’s the cook.

I’ve never made pork fried rice before but have had it and it’s really delicious. Your recipe makes it super simple to make, so I shall be pinning this for me to make next time we have a Chinese night and want some fried rice. I’ve not seen the marinaded pork but it will be easy enough to marinade my own.

I always forget that we can make Chinese food at home and save some $$ on ordering out!
