Pork Fried Rice is a huge family favorite in my house! I love how easy it is to make and how you can easily pack it full of protein. It is perfect for weeknight dinners, and the leftovers make for amazing easy dinners the next day, or lunch.

Dinner for busy families is often takeout or something processed, as we are always on the go. Finding something like our favorite takeout and easy to make is a total win. We first made this in 2015. I love to pick up. I can pick up the Hormel Pork Tenderloins at Safeway for about $5, and the Teriyaki pork tenderloin has been our favorite for years.
Why You’ll Love Pork Fried Rice
- Easy meal prep for work lunches, weeknight meals, or busy athletes
- Better than take-out fried rice!
- Made with lean protein and easy to work into your macros
Pork Fried Rice With Pork Tenderloin Ingredients:

- Green Onions
- Frozen Carrots and Peas-you can use other veggies if you would like.

How To Make pork tenderloin fried rice
Start cooking your rice on the stovetop or in a rice cooker. If you are using box rice, follow the instructions on the box.
You can mix in some garlic or broth to give your rice more flavor just be careful with adding extra salt in addition to the soy sauce. I use an older version of the Aroma rice cooker and have had it for over 7 years and love how well it works. Never a bad batch of rice or burnt rice.
Slice up the Pork Tenderloin into small pieces. We made ours smaller as they cooked in the pan.
In a frying pan on high heat, place a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and allow it to warm up. Once warm, add in the pork tenderloin and cook until done.

Scramble your eggs in a bowl and start cooking in a large skillet. Scramble eggs on low heat so they take longer to cook and won’t burn as fast while you watch the meat and the rice.
Slice up your green onions.
Cook the frozen peas and carrots. I used a microwave steam bag, so it was fast and did not require straining.
I mixed this up in the Tupperware Mega Bowl. My mom got this for me, and it has been amazing at mixing everything!! It’s called THATSA® MEGA BOWL; we have used it for everything.

Place the cooked rice in a large bowl and combine it with the green onions, eggs, and vegetables.
Pour in some soy sauce to taste.

Serve!
How To Store Leftover Rice
Store in an air-tight container or Ziploc bag in the fridge. Eat within three days. This will not do well in a freezer.

It sounds so easy to make. My daughter loves pork fried rice, but I’ve never made it at home. Crazy, right?
That does look easy to make, even I can do it…..the non cook I am!!! A healthy alternative too! We eat pork every now and then – I’ll have to tell hubby about it since he’s the cook.
This looks delicious! I am always looking for quick meals with a lot of flavor. We have eaten Hormel hams for years but I have never gotten the pork. Time to try it out!
Yum! I love pork fried rice. I’ve never thought to make it myself. Thanks for the recipe.
LOL I used a Hormel pork loin roast yesterday, though your recipe looks MUCH better!
I haven’t seen the roasts before I need to check those out!! Thank you I was surprised how it turned out!
I love making fried rice and can’t wait to try your recipe!
This looks delicious AND definitely something I haven’t thought of doing at home.
We’ve been loving fried rice so much around here, but I never thought of doing a pork version! Yum!
Oh my this looks delish! We took the kids to their first hibachi experience last Friday and they loved it – especially the rice. I need to try this at home!
This looks yum! I love to cook Asian food at home, because I always feel icky after eating a big Chinese buffet. I’ll be adding this recipe to my list! Thanks!
This pork fried rice looks great. My kids love that. Pinned to my Pinterest boards. Have a great weekend.
Looks very tasty
I’ve never made pork fried rice before but have had it and it’s really delicious. Your recipe makes it super simple to make, so I shall be pinning this for me to make next time we have a Chinese night and want some fried rice. I’ve not seen the marinaded pork but it will be easy enough to marinade my own.
I always forget that we can make Chinese food at home and save some $$ on ordering out!
WELL GUESS I WON’T BE TRYING THIS RECIPE SINCE IT DOESN’T TELL HOW MUCH OF EACH INGREDIENT TO USE
