Instructions
Cook your rice up in either a rice cooker or on stove top.
Slice up the Pork Tenderloin into small pieces.
In a frying pan on high heat place your olive oil and minced galirc in the pan.
Once your frying pan is warm cook up the pork.
In a sperate frying pan scarmble your eggs on a low heat.
Slice up your green onions.
Cook up the peas and carrots.
Strain vegetables if needed.
In a large bowl, combine pork, rice, vegetable, eggs, and soy sauce.
Serve!
