Now we had just tried out Corned Beef And Cabbage Dutch Oven Recipe that I made with Guinness Blonde Beer. I had half a corned beef left so I opted to try the same technique and recipe in my crockpot. Thankfully it did not disappoint and will be amazing in larger batches too!

How To Make Guinness corned beef and Cabbage
Spray your crockpot with a nonstick spray. Or line with a slow cooker liner bag to make clean up easy.
Crockpot Liners
Layer into your crockpot pot your Corned Beef, potatoes, onions, and carrots. (Now I had cut a Corned Beef in half because a full one wouldn’t fit in my Corned Beef And Cabbage Dutch Oven Recipe) I did make this in my 8-quart crockpot, but you can cut down the meat to fit into a smaller crockpot.
Pour your broth and bottles of beer into the crockpot. You want enough to cover the vegetables and meat.

Sprinkle the spices that came with the Corned Beef. (If your corned beef didn’t come with a packet you can order corned beef seasoning)
Cover and cook on slow for at least 5 hours.

A half-hour before you are ready to eat cut the cabbage into wedges.
Insert the wedges in the crockpot this will allow the cabbage to steam but not overcook or wilt from sitting in the crockpot all day.

Serve and enjoy!!
May I recommend enjoying a bottle of Guinness Beer Blonde with it!

What are you making for St Patricks Day dinner?
how To store leftover corned beef and cabbage with guinness
Store the leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to three days. I store mine with some broth to add more flavor and moisture for reheating.
How To Reheat slow cooker guinness corned beef
My go-to method is to microwave till warm to eat. You can also reuse the crockpot if you want or the oven as well.
