Easy Hawaiian Roll Sliders are one of the easiest family and crowd pleasing quick meals you can make, either a snack or a light dinner. They work for game day, potlucks, holiday parties, or a light dinner. The soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls are piled with lunch meat, melted cheese, and a buttery garlic sauce. They are irresistible; they will disappear fast, and they are kiddo-approved.

It’s obvious the best part of these sliders is how easy and customizable they are to make. You can use different lunch meats and cheeses. Ham and Swiss, turkey and cheddar, roast beef and provolone. I mean, really, the combinations are endless. And with active kids and an active life, lunchmeat is always in our house.

How To Make Hawaiian Roll Sliders:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Spray your pan with a nonstick spray; I used a 9X13 Pyrex casserole pan for mine.  This saves counter mess and lets you assemble them right in the casserole pan.

In a bowl, combine the butter and garlic, then melt in the microwave.

Sliced open hawaiian rolls next to each other

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half using a serrated knife.

If you want, spread mayo or mustard on the rolls.

Cut up american cheese slices

Cut your cheese to fit the slider bun, and I used two squares per roll for extra cheese.

Place a piece of cheese on the buns.

Fold up the lunch meat to fit on top of the cheese. I folded my meat slices into little triangles.

Top with another piece of cheese.

Place the top of the buns onto the creation and set them in the pan.

Use a pastry brush to brush the butter on top of the roll, and once it’s covered, pour the rest of the butter around it. Mainly because, well, there is no such thing as too much butter

Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.  I took the foil off the past couple of minutes of baking time.

Enjoy!!

Now my kids are odd, but they love it even more with a toothpick! I stuck toothpicks through them, which made getting them out of the pan easy too!

I did use a knife to cut all the way through since I knew the kids wouldn’t be careful pulling sandwiches.
