This Easy Chicken Quesadilla Dip is sure to be a hit with any tailgating get-together you host! Pair this warm dip up with crackers for an amazing appetizer

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mixed chopped red and green peppers
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper jelly
  • Wheat Thins Big Snacks

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a pot with water and chicken broth boil and add in your uncooked chicken breasts
  3. Once chicken is done remove from broth and shred, you can easily throw the kitchen in a mixer to shred fast
  4. While your chicken is broiling prepare up your vegetables
  5. Spray your 9-inch pie plate with a nonstick spray
  6. In a bowl mix together all your ingredients except the Wheat Thins
  7. Spread the mixture into the pie plate
  8. Bake for about 20 minutes until heated thoroughly.
  9. Serve up with Wheat Thins and Coca-Cola!!
