Beginners Guide to Eating Healthy:
Step one- The first step is going to be to cut out junk food at home. Those chips and candy bar that you always flee to on your lunch break in the middle of the day? They have preservatives in them, which are no good for your body. Fruit provides healthy nutrients that your body can use to make you feel more awake and energized throughout the day.

Nothing is fresh, and none of it is good for you. Instead of going to get fast food, work on beginning to meal plan for your food all week.
