These Easy Parmesan Garlic Crisps are about to become your new favorite thing to make! Crispy, buttery, garlicky, and loaded with Parmesan cheese, and you would never guess they are made from English muffins. They come together fast and make the perfect topping for soup and to go wtih pasta.

I love finding new ways to use English muffins besides just breakfast, and these crisps are one of my all time favorite discoveries. These crisps bake up light and crunchy, and they’re easy to make, with a delicious garlic parmesan flavor. Pair them alongside a bowl of pumpkin soup, lasagna soup, or your favorite pasta dish and watch them disappear before dinner is even on the table!

How To Make Parmesan And Garlic Crisps:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the English muffins in half.
Next, cut the halved English muffins crosswise into 5 strips per muffin half, and arrange them in a single layer, cut side down, on a cookie sheet.

Bake for about 9-10 minutes or until they are light golden brown, and remove from the oven.

Allow them to cool to room temperature. *The strips will become crispier as they cool*
Place the cooked strips into a medium bowl and drizzle with butter.

Toss to coat well with the butter.
Either mix in the bowl with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese, or lay out on the cookie sheet again and sprinkle with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese.

Return them to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes or until the crisps are a deep, golden brown.

Allow the crisps to cool completely. Serve up and enjoy!!
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
