School is starting here, and the weather is finally cooling off! That means our routine is changing, and it will be back to just me for lunchtime! I was excited this summer to find a great deal on a Panini press 4 in 1. Working from home it can get boring making the same food, especially ones on the healthy side.

Place the sandwich on the warm Panini Press and let it cook. (This is the one I have -> here and love it the plates are removable to make it a griddle as well)

I served mine with some plain tortilla chips.

  1. Besides using Bumble Bee tuna for a tuna fish sandwich, I also like to use it to make tuna macaroni salad and add to to my baked mac and cheese. Instead of using celery, i like to dice up pickles and blend them into my tuna.
