Instructions
Spray your crockpot with a nonstick spray and turn on low.
Trim any excess fat off of your chicken breasts with a knife.
Pour your chicken broth, tomato paste, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, and seasonings into the crockpot.
Mix well with a spoon or whisk.
Place your chicken breasts into the crockpot.
Cover and allow it to cook for 6-8 hours. If your crockpot cooks hot, reduce time.
Half an hour before serving, remove the chicken breasts to a plate and shred.
Add the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Mix in the heavy whipping cream, uncooked pasta, and parmesan cheese.
Allow to cook another 30 minutes and serve!
