  • Trim the asparagus and rinse off the trimmed asparagus
  • Allow the asparagus to drip dry.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil
  • Spray with a nonstick spray.
  • Spread the trimmed asparagus out over the tin foil.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus.
  • Season to taste with the garlic salt and black pepper.
  • Cook in oven for 10 minutes and then pull out of the oven.
  • Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and bake for another five minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
