This Camping Griddle Breakfast Skillet is perfect to make while camping or even at home! Easy to make with potatoes, eggs, onions, bacon, and cheese!

Instructions
Wash off your potatoes and dry them off as well.
Slice and dice all your veggies and polish sausages
Fire up your griddle, you can spread on a little bit of oil or bacon grease to help with the nonstick, as well as helping to saute the food.
On your griddle mix together the potatoes, onion, and polish sausage
Season with salt and pepper
Cook until your potatoes are tender
Once your potatoes are done remove to a bowl or another plate and cover to keep warm
Fry up bacon to your doneness preference and fry up your eggs at the same time (or scrambled eggs)
Serve everything together and enjoy!! We topped ours with shredded cheese and you could mix in sour cream as well!
