Instructions
Count out your Oreos and place them in a ziploc bag.
Do not seal the bag completely; use a meat pounder to crush the Oreos.
Spread out wax paper on a baking sheet or casserole pan; it will need to fit in your freezer
Set a medium saucepan on your stovetop and set the burner to low.
Allow the pan to warm slightly, and pour in your white chocolate chips.
Start to stir slowly with a spatula.
Add your mint extract and your food coloring, smell to see if you want to add more extract.
Stir until all the chips have melted, then pour in your crushed Oreos.
Once mixed, use your spatula to spread the melted chips and Oreos onto the wax paper.
You can top it with whole Oreos or more crushed Oreos.
Store in the freezer for at least two hours until hardened.
Remove and crush with a meat pound or by hand to make chunks of Oreo bark.
