1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1.5 Cups Corn Flakes
4 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
12 Ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

Start by trimming your chicken breasts.
Measure your Greek nonfat yogurt into a bowl.
In a large bag, measure out your cornflakes and your ranch seasoning.
Roll the Ziploc bag with a rolling pin to crush the cornflakes.
Spray your air fryer basket or air fryer racks with a nonstick spray.
Dip your chicken one at a time into the yogurt and then shake into the bag of cornflakes.
Spread your chicken out on the basket or the air fryer rack.
If your air fryer has a thermometer probe, insert it into the largest part of a chicken piece.
Set your air fryer to 380 degrees and cook for 11 minutes.
