This Easy Parmesan And Garlic Crisps Recipe is perfect to make to pair up with fall soups or just to serve with a pasta dish! Made out of English Muffins!

Ingredients

  • 2 English Muffins
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic Dry

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut the English muffins in half.
  3. Next cut the halved Englis muffins crosswise, into five strips per muffin half, and arrange in a single layer, with the cut side down on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for about 9-10 minutes or until they are light golden brown, and remove from the oven.
  5. Allow them to cool to room temperature.   *The strips will become crispier as they cool*
  6. Place the cooked strips into a medium bowl and drizzle with butter.
  7. Toss to coat well with the butter.
  8. Either mix in the bowl with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese or layout on the cookie sheet again and sprinkle with the minced garlic, salt, and cheese.
  9. Return them to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes or until the crisps are a deep, golden brown.
  10. Allow the crisps to cool completely.  Serve up and enjoy!!
  11. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
