This Smoked Turkey Chili Recipe is the perfect way to use up leftover turkey from any holiday meal! Easy to make and the taste is amazing as well!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 Can Great Northern Beans
  • 1 Can Butter Beans
  • 1 Can Diced Chil Greens
  • 1 lb Shredded Cooked Turkey
  • 2 Cans Chicken Broth Or Turkey Bone Broth
  • Red onion
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Pinch Oregano
  • Pink HimylanianSaltGround
  • Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot with a non-stick spray,

  2. Open your cans of Butter Beans, Cannellini Beans. and Great Northern Beans and pour into an over the sink strainer. 

  3.  Rinse the beans with cold water and allow to drip dry. 

  4. Chop your red and green onion for the soup.

  5. Shred and dice up the cooked turkey that you intend to put in the chili.

  6. Dump all of the ingredients into your crockpot.

  7. Give the ingredients a stirring to mix it all up. 

  8. Turn crockpot on low and allow to cook for 4 to 6 hours and serve.

*Note you can add more seasonings to this I knew I had seasoning on the smoked turkey that would add flavor to the soup*
