Instructions
In a bowl mix together your flour, salt, pepper, and seasonings, you can also add in any other seasonings that your family loves!
Put your olive oil into your frying pan and turn the pan on medium-high heat to warm the oil
In your large bowl mix in your stew meat so it is coated in the flour mixture and then a. Once coated add to your frying pan!
Be sure to keep stirring so it browns evenly on all the sides, my meat took less than 10 minutes to brown up.
While your beef is browning you can start up your veggie prep. Cut up your onion, potatoes, and carrots
After your meat is browned and your vegetables are prepped spray your crock pot with a nonstick spray.
Put in all your vegetables with the tomato paste and garlic and give it a good mix around.
Add your browned beef, beef broth, and pour in your Guinness beer and give it another good stirring!
Turn your crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours until your potatoes and carrots are done
Serve in a bread bowl or alone, but don't forget to drink a Guinness or two with it for more flavor!
