Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 
  • Limes or lime juice
  • Minced garlic to taste 
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil 
  • Cilantro about 1 tablespoon and up chopped up to taste
  • Optional other seasonings cumin cayenne pepper, chili powder, or mixing in avocado.

Instructions

  1. Prepare your garlic, cilantro, and lime if needed, avocados as well if you want that as well.
  2. Trim any fat off your chicken and chop into chunks
  3. In a bowl cover the chicken with some lime juice and mix in with the garlic
  4. In a frying pan warm up your olive oil and fry begin to cook your chicken in the pan.
  5. When you chicken has browned and cooked through thru, mix in your cilantro and a bit more lime juice if you would like.
  6. Serve on rice, in tacos, on salad, as just chicken, or in a wrap! I personally love this plain and eat it as a snack throughout the day too!
