Ingredients

  • 1 30 Oz Bag of Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 Diced Yellow Onion
  • 1 8 Oz Package Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 8 Oz Diced Ham
  • 1 Floret Broccoli
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Stick Butter

Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot with a nonstick spray or put it in a crockpot liner bag.

  2. Make your chicken broth if needed.

  3. Pour your broth into the crockpot and then cube the butter and the cream cheese to drop into your crockpot.

  4. Open your can of Cream of Chicken and add it to the crockpot as well.

  5. Dice up the amount of your onion and put it in the crockpot as well.
  6. Add in next your frozen hash browns, diced ham, and shredded cheese.
  7. Next, shred up your broccoli and add it to the mixture as well.
  8. Salt and pepper the soup to your taste.
  9. Mix it all up and turn your crockpot on low and allow to cook for about 4-6 hours.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
