  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

  1. Ground your ground beef.

  2. Start a pot of water boiling to boil your potatoes in.

  3. Peel and cut your potatoes, I used russet potatoes but I plan to use gold potatoes the next time I make this because they have a deeper flavor to me.
  4. Boil your potatoes until they are ready to be mashed.
  5. Strain your potatoes, I mix mine up in my kitchen aid mixer.
  6. Mix into your potatoes the milk and sour cream, also salt and pepper them as well until they are mashed.
  7. Chop your onion and peppers up.
  8. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  9. In mixing bowl combine your Cream of Mushroom soup, peppers, onion, and minced garlic.
  10. Add in your cooked ground meat into the soup mixture.
  11. Spray a casserole pan with a nonstick spray.
  12. Layer into the pan the meat mixture and press flat with a spatula.
  13. Spread your potatoes onto the of the meat mixture.
  14. Cook for about 30 minutes in the oven and then remove it from the oven.
