Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder Roast
  • Potatoes
  • Baby Carrots
  • Red Onion
  • Minced Garlic
  • Johnnys Season All
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Broth
  • Celery

Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot with a nonstick spray

  2. Set the roast in the crockpot.
  3. Chop up your potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots into smaller pieces.
  4. Start to pack the vegetables around the roast in the crockpot.
  5. Season with your salt, pepper, minced garlic, and seasonings.
  6. I used Better Than Boullious Vegetable Base to make mine, heat your water if need and then add in your base.  Mix in the bowl until the base has dissolved all the way.
  7. Pour the broth mixture all over the pork shoulder roast and vegetables, you will want ot have a good amount of broth.
  8. Turn your crockpot on low and allow to cook for 6 to 8 hours.
  9. Serve and enjoy!!

  • Green Beans either fresh or frozen
  • Mushrooms
  • Bay Leaves
  • Beef or Chicken Broth
  • Garlic Base
  • Red Potatoes
  • Baby Potatoes
  • Ranch Seasoning Packets
  • Italian Seasoning Packet
  • Browning the pork in a skillet with olive oil before placing in the crockpot.
