Guinness Crock Pot Pork Roast And Vegetables is perfect for St Patricks day or an Irish twist on a favorite dinner!! Using Guinness Blonde Ale adds flavor!

  • Pork Shoulder Roast

  • Celery
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary

  1. Spray your crockpot with a nonstick spray
  2. Pour in your cup of broth, I made my broth using Better than Bouillon beef base to make my broth.
  3. Place your roast into your crockpot with the broth.
  4. Start to layer in your vegetables into the crockpot, I do my potatoes and then layer the rest of your vegetables.
  5. Pour your beer on top of everything, you want to make sure there is enough liquid to cover everything.
  6. Season to your taste and turn to low for at least 5 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy!! I paired mine with a Guinness Blonde Ale!
