Ingredients

  • Boneless Pork Chops
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Dry Ranch Mix
  • Pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Dried Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
  2. Take a baking pan and line with foil.

  3. Lay your pork chops out on the tin foil in the pan. You can trim off any excess fat off the pork chops as well. I used boneless for our dinner but you could use bone-in pork chops as well.
  4. Salt and pepper your pork chops to your personal preference and taste.
  5. Drizzle the oil combination over your pork chops.
  6. Top your pork chops with dried parsley.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes make sure they reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees

Recipe Notes

For tracking, you can see that a ¼ cup of Olive Oil was 17 smart points. Now I eyeballed my oil and called it 1 Tbsp. for my tracking even though I think it was less oil. I also weighed my meat to get the right amount after it was cooked. My pork chop was 3.5 oz. so I tracked it as 4 Smart points for my meat.
