Ingredients

  • For a 6 Quart Dutch Oven Double the ingredients
  • 1 Can Chili Beans
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Lbs Cooked Ground Beef
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can Beef Broth
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cummin
  • Chili Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. I wiped the inside of my dutch oven with a smidge of olive oil, I am paranoid about burning and having to scrub the pan hard.
  2. Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.
  3. In a pan brown your ground beef or reheat it.

  4. Open your can of corn and black beans and strain them.

  5. Next, open up all the other cans and dump them into your dutch oven. I did not strain the chili beans.

  6. Add all other ingredients into the dutch oven.

  7. Give everything a thorough stir together in your dutch oven.
  8. Allow to cook in the oven for at least 2 1/2 hours in the oven and stir occasionally. Trust me your house will smell amazing and the warmth of the oven warms it all up.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
