Olive Oil
Instructions
Slice your zucchini into halves and trim off any of the stems that are left on the zucchini.
Measure out your olive oil and use a brush to on the olive oil on the inside part of the zucchini.
Season to taste with your seasonings.
Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
On your upper rack place your zucchinis and allow to cook for about ten minutes and then flip again.
When they are closer to being done I move them down to the bottom rack to ensure the doneness.
