Grilled Zucchini Recipe

This Easy Grilled Zucchini Recipe is perfect to make for any weeknight bbq! Plus it works out to low Weight Watchers Smartpoints as well.

Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchinis Sliced in Half
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • Lawrys Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Slice your zucchini into halves and trim off any of the stems that are left on the zucchini.
  2. Measure out your olive oil and use a brush to on the olive oil on the inside part of the zucchini.  I measure mine out as I tend to use less when basting then drizzling the oil on.
  3. Season to taste with your seasonings, you could even change these up.
  4. Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. On your upper rack place your zucchinis and allow to cook for about ten minutes and then flip again.
  6. When they are closer to being done I move them down to the bottom rack to ensure the doneness.
  7. Serve and enjoy!!!
