This Root Beer Protein Shake Recipe is the perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth! Plus only three ingredients to stay on track!

Ingredients

  • 1 Carton Premier Protein Vanilla
  • Ice
  • 1 Stick Root Beer Water flavoring
  • Fat-Free Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. In your blender cup or blender pour in your Premier Protein and add in your Root Beer stick of powder.
  2. Blend until powder is dissolved and then add ice.
  3. Blend until ice is well blended.
  4. I used the auto setting on my Ninja for mixing but allow to mix until ice is crushed and blended.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with Fat-Free Whipped Topping.  For the store brand of whipped topping that I used I can go up to 7 Tbsp of topping for one WW Freestyle Smartpoint.  It was hard to guess how much was there since it came out of the spray can.
