This Smoked Turkey Noodle Soup is perfect to use up any leftover turkey from any holiday dinner! Full of flavor and also perfect to freeze for later on.

Ingredients

  • Smoked Turkey Carcass With Meat
  • Smoked Turkey Neck
  • Water
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Chopped Celery
  • Chopped Carrots
  •  Diced Green Onion
  • Diced Red Onion
  •  Better then Buioullion Chicken
  • 1 1/2 Bags Egg Noodles

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and bullion  Once the pot is at a rolling boil add in your turkey carcass     

  2. Allow to boil for about two hours and use a fork to start to remove more of the meat from the bones.

  3. Allow to boil about another hour and remove more bones and chunks of fat from the broth mixtures

  4. Add in your vegetables your the pot and allow to continue to boil for about another hour. 

  5. Serve and enjoy

Recipe Notes

 **Note I did not add more seasonings to this as the carcass had the seasonings from the smoked turkey to flavor the soup**

**Note add water as needed to the pot some of it does evaporate while cooking**
