Square Pancakes AKA Casserole Pan Pancakes are perfect to save money!! I always forget to flip and burn them which is a waste of food!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2  Cup All-Purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease your pan, I used a Pyrex 9X13 pan, I prefer to bake in glass over metal.
  3. In a mixer combine your milk, butter, and egg.

  4. Next mix in all your dry ingredients into the mixture.

  5. Allow to mix until all blended, I throw it all in my Kitchen Aid Mixer and let it do all the work. 

  6. Pour your batter into your pan.

  7. Bake for about  20 minutes, be sure to test with a toothpick for doneness.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
