Meatlovers Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • ¼ Lb Thick Cut Bacon
  • 15 Oz Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
  • ½ Pkg Sausage Link
  • 8 Eggs
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Green Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan warm up about 2 Tbsp of olive oil and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 

  2.  Place your hash browns in your frying pan with warmed oil and start to cook them up. 

  3. Salt and pepper the hashbrowns to taste as well.  

  4. Chop up your sausage and your bacon into smaller pieces!

  5. In a separate frying pan start to fry up your bacon and your sausage on low heat.  

  6. Once your hash browns are cooked dump them into the casserole pan.  

  7. Once your hash browns are cooked dump them in the casserole pan
  8. Once the bacon and the sausage are both cooked up layer them on top of the hash browns in the casserole pan.  

  9. Beat together your eggs and pour over the meat and the hashbrowns.

  10. Top the casserole with cheese.   

  11. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the eggs are done!
