Start out by prepping your vegetables and be sure to deseed the red pepper.
Chop your sausage into slices, a bit thinner than an inch.
Put a smidge of olive oil in your pan and turn it on medium-low heat.
Be sure to stir the sausage and vegetables often.
Tear a 2-inch slit in your Uncle Ben's Ready Rice Long Grain and microwave it for 90 seconds standing up.
Repeat this process with the second bag.
Pour the rice into the pan and continue to let the rice cook together with the sausage.
Stir often and serve when the sausage is warmed up.
