Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
In a food processor ground up 2 12 cups of your oatmeal into an almost flour-like consistency. (Leave aside the extra 1/4 cup for a minute).
Chop up the herbs, I stripped my mint off the stem and then chopped just the leaves of the mint.
In a bowl whisk together the egg, water, and oil together.
Mix into the water mixture your parsley and mint.
Slowly mix in the 2/12 cup of oats. This can be hard to do so I did this part with my hands to make sure it was spread out properly.
Use your food processor to grind up about a 1/4 cup of oatmeal, you will use the powder for rolling out your breath biscuits.
Next spread out some of the extra 1/4 cups of oatmeal flour onto your counter. We used cookie cutters to cut out our treats.
Spread out the cut treats on a cookie sheet and bake for about 35 minutes until they are crispy.
Store in an airtight container.
