This Pork Fried Rice is so easy to make for a quick weeknight dinner full of protein and veggies! Better than takeout!

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • 12 Eggs
  • Green onions
  • Vegetables
  • Rice
  • Hormel Always Tender Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Start cooking up your rice either on the stovetop or in a rice cooker.

  2. You can mix in some garlic or broth to give your rice more flavor just be careful with adding into much salt cause adding soy sauce. 

  3. Slice up the Pork Tenderloin into small pieces we made ours smaller as they cooked in the pan. 

  4. In a frying pan on high heat place a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and allow it to warm up. Once ready add in the pork tenderloin and cook until done. 

  5. Scramble up your eggs in a bowl and start to cook in a pan.  I do mine on a low heat so they take longer to cook, but they also won't burn as fast while you watch the meat and the rice.

  7. Slice up your green onions. 

  8. Cook up the peas and carrots, I did a microwave steam bag so it was fast.  

  9. Once all the ingredients are done, vegetables are strained if needed, you are ready to start to mix your ingredients. 

  10. Place your rice in a large bowl and start to add in meat, green onions, eggs, and vegetable, and start to mix.

  11. Pour in some soy sauce and mix it well and keep adding till you get the desired taste of your rice.

  12. Serve!
