Ingredients

  • Ground chicken we used three pounds
  • 1-3 eggs *you may want more or less depending on the consistency of the mixture
  • Bread Crumbs *we used garlic
  • Hidden Valley Roasted Garlic Ranch
  • Bacon
  • Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • Hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare your bacon I baked mine in the oven at 350 degrees it took about 20-25 minutes to get it to the doneness we like for our burger topping. We laid parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with nonstick spray. Then Lay out the strips of bacon.
  2. Spray your grill with a fair amount of nonstick and fire it up.
  3. In a large bowl crack one egg and start to mix in your chicken. From here we kinda just went with the squirt and scoop method. While I was mixing the chicken with my hands my daughter would squeeze in ranch and then scoop in bread crumbs till I got a consistency that I wanted.
  4. These Roasted Garlic Chicken Ranch Burgers are amazing and perfect to make on the grill! We paired these up with our grilled corn for a perfect dinner!
  5. Form your patties with a patty press or by hand. Throw them on the grill.
  6. Be sure to keep an eye on them and flip as needed. We always double check they are done with a meat thermometer for food safety, especially with chicken.
  7. Once your patty is done place bacon and cheese on it while on the grill to melt the cheese a bit and seal it all in.
  8. Place on bun and top with more toppings if you choose.
  9. We placed more Hidden Valley Roasted Garlic Ranch on our burger bun as a sauce.
