Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter
  • 4 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Chopped Green Onions
  • 4 lbs Gold Potatoes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Start a pot of boiling water for your potatoes
  2. Rinse and peel your potatoes
  3. Cut up your potatoes into chunks for easier boiling
  4. Boil your potatoes until they are ready to be mashed up
  5. Preheat your oven to 350
  6. Strain your potatoes and place them into your mixing bowl
  7. Dump in about 1/2-3/4 of your bacon and all other ingredients, except cheese and mix
  8. Put in about 3 cups of cheese into your mixer and mix
  9. Spray a casserole pan with non-stick spray, I used a 4.8 quart
  10. Spread your potatoes into your casserole pan and then top with remaining cheese and bacon
  11. Bake for about 30 minutes
