Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • Anaheim Peppers
  • 1 Lb Pork Sausage
  • 1 Lb Bacon
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Slice your Anaheim Peppers and de-seed them. You will want to make a long slice down the whole pepper and then slots at the top.
  2. Rinse off and pat dry your peppers
  3. In a frying pan, brown up your sausage, you can do other flavors but we like the regular

  4. Once browned move the sausage into a bowl and mix together with the cream cheese, I find it easy to do when warm so as to allow the cream cheese to soften faster.

  5. Using a spoon, or your hand, stuff the peppers with the sausage and cream cheese mixture.

  6. Wrap your stuffed Stuffed Anaheim Peppers with slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.

  7. Fire up your grill
  8. Grill on the top rack or on the lower rack. Be sure to keep an eye on them in case the bacon drippings catch fire.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
