This Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread is perfect to pair up with pizza or as an appetizer just by itself for holidays, game night, or tailgating!

Ingredients

  • 1 Round loaf of bread
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley or to taste
  • 6 Teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 Stick of butterĀ
  • Salt to tasteĀ
  • Slices of mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl melt your butter or in a saucepan
  2. Stir in your garlic, parsley, olive oil, and dash of salt
  3. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  4. Slice your bread one way and then slice it the other way
  5. We used a spoon to drizzle in the butter to the cuts in the bread, we did all the slits of bread
  6. The bread itself looks and smells amazing even before the cheese
  7. Now spread the slits open so you can stuff in cheese
  8. Now you can do the cheese one way but we had to do the cheese in all the slits and it turned out amazing so do as much cheese as you want
  9. On a cookie sheet or baking stone lay out a piece of foil and set the bread upon the foil
  10. Make a tent over the bread and seal it up
  11. Place in the oven for ten minutes
  12. After ten minutes remove the top part of the foil
  13. Bake for ten more minutes uncovered
  14. Remove the bread and slide in your pizza to cook mine took about 15 minutes
  15. We sliced the edge off of the bread and you could just see the gooey cheese!!! The taste was amazing!!
  16. Serve up alongside the pizza and your Diet Coke!!!
