This Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread is perfect to pair up with pizza or as an appetizer just by itself for holidays, game night, or tailgating!
Cut your cheese into small squares or rectangles to fit into the slices you will cut in the bread loaf.
In a bowl or a saucepan melt your butter and stir in your garlic, parsley, olive oil, and a dash of salt.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees for cooking the bread in.
Slice your bread one way and then slice it the other way, in a criss-cross fashion
Next, use a spoon to drizzle in the butter and seasoning mixture into the cuts in the bread, we did all the slits of bread
Next spread the bread slits open so you can stuff in cheese to these slits.
Now you can do the cheese one way but we did the cheese in all the slits and it turned out amazing so do as much cheese as you want.
On a cookie sheet or baking stone lay out a piece of foil and set the bread and cheese loaf onto the foil. You can spray this a bit with a nonstick spray or rub the foil with some butter.
Make a tent over the bread of foil and seal it up for baking.
Place the loaf of bread in the oven for ten minutes.
After the bread has baked for ten minutes remove the top part of the foil.
Bake your garlic cheese bread for ten more minutes uncovered.
Remove the bread from the oven and serve!
*I used sourdough bread
