Open your sleeve of Ritz Crackers and pick out all the whole crackers.

Using a knife or small spatula spread peanut butter on the cracker carefully so as not to break the cracker.

Top with another cracker to make a sandwich

Repeat this process until you are ready to dip your Ritz sandwiches into chocolate. 

In a small pan start to melt your chocolate on a low-temperature setting, be sure to stir with a spatula to avoid the chocolate burning. 

Layout wax paper, you will set the dipped Ritz Peanut Butter Sandwiches onto them.

Use a fork or small tongs to dip your Ritz sandwich into your melted chocolate.

Set the dipped sandwich onto your wax paper.

Allow the dipped sandwiches to set until the chocolate has hardened, you can refrigerate to help along the process the setting process. 

Store in an airtight container and enjoy!!
