Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 Lbs Bacon
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • Ritz Crackers

Instructions

  1. Chop up your bacon and cook it up, once the bacon is done drain it and allow it to dry on a plate with a paper towel.

  2. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray your baking dish with a nonstick pan, I used a Rachel Ray 1.5-Quart Dish to make this in.

  3. In a large bowl mix together your cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. I used a spatula to mix it together the cream cheese took a bit to blend in well.

  4. Add into the bowl your bacon, parsley, and minced garlic in the mixture and combine well.

  5. Next, add into the mixture a 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and mix it all well together.

  6. Spray your dish with a nonstick spray. I used Rachel Ray Stoneware to cook and serve this in! I love how the stoneware looks and that it doubles as serving dishes too!

  7. Use a spatula to put the dip mixture into the dish and smooth it out evenly.

  8. Top the dip with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.

  9. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes
