Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup Water 
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla 
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 (about 325 if you are doing mini loaves) before starting to make the bread batter.

  3. Grease two bread pans, baking pans.  

  4. Mix together dry ingredients into a separate bowl and set the bowl aside. 

  5. In another bowl beat the eggs. 

  6. Add in the water, oil, vanilla, and pumpkin into the bowl with the eggs.

  7. Slowly mix in dry ingredients until smooth with the wet ingredients. 

  8. Pour the pumpkin bread batter into bread pans.

  9. Bake for about 1 hour and use a toothpick to see if the bread is done
