These Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes are the perfect side item to pair up with the main course! Cut in half and oil them up with some seasoning or parmesan cheese to complete your dinner, plus potatoes are in season almost year round as well.

Ingredients

  • Green Onion
  • Parsely
  • Montreal steak seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Avocado oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  2. Wrap a cookie sheet in tin foil
  3. On a cutting board cut your baby potatoes in half
  4. Lay out the halves of the potatoes on the cookie sheet
  5. Cut up the green onions
  6. Drizzle the potatoes in avocado oil
  7. Sprinkle with seasonings, green onions, and parmesan cheese if you want
  8. Bake in the oven for about 30 to 45 minutes till they are done, I stick a fork softly into mine to tell if they are done or not.
