  • 1 Package Kelments Italian Sausage
  • 1 Box Rotini pasta
  • 1 Jar Pasta Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a 9 by 13 pan with a non-stick spray
  3. Prepare your box of rotini pasta by starting it to boil in a pot
  4. Slice up your Italian sausage
  5. Once the pasta is done strain the pasta in strainer ( I prefer the kind that spread over the sink) and using the same pot put in your olive oil and minced garlic saute on low heat for a couple of minutes.

  6. Add in your Italian sausage let this saute for a couple of minutes and be sure to salt and pepper to taste and add in a pinch of Italian seasoning

  7. Add in your sauce and mix well
  8. Mix in your pasta and then pour this pasta combination into your 9 by 13 baking pan
  9. In a small bowl combine together your Panko bread crumbs
  10. Spread this mixture on top of your pasta mixture in the 9 by 13 baking pan
  11. Top with mozzarella cheese bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until your cheese is melted remove and enjoy!
