4 Ingredient Stove Top Meatloaf Recipe

Easy 4 Ingredient Stove Top Meatloaf Recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and low on Weight Watchers Smartpoints as well. Change it up by topping with some ketchup or bbq sauce as well

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Box Stove Top Stuffing
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey


  1. Beat together the egg and 1 cup of water in a bowl.

  2. Mix both the ground turkey and Stove Top into the water and egg mixture.

  3. Spray a bread pan loaf

  4. Smash the meat mixture into your loaf pan

  5. Mix all four ingredients together in a bowl. (I did the egg and water then mixed in the other two ingredients)

  6. Put the meat mixture into the sprayed loaf pan and smash it down.    

  7. Bake for about 35 minutes!!!
