Pop your popcorn I used an air popper and made sure I didn't grab any seeds from the bottom of the bowl
Using a food processor take your cookies and make them into fine crumbs
Start a small pan of water to boil on the stove. In a glass bowl or measuring cup start to melt your almond bark. Be sure to sure to keep the melting consistent
On a cookie sheet with wax paper on it spread your popcorn and drizzle with your with your melted vanilla almond bark and then sprinkle with your cookie crumbs. (This is how I am doing it next time from trial and error from making it)
Stir it around to make sure it gets coated and then let it sit for the almond bark to set.
