Spray the inside of your slow cooker with a non stick spray.

Layer the chicken, crushed pineapple, and BBQ sauce.

Turn the slow cooker on low for four hours. (At about the two hour mark, I stirred mine.)

Make sure you use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Serve over rice or pasta. I used my rice cooker to make white rice.
