Foil Packet Potatoes
These Foil Packet Potatoes are perfect side dish to any grilled dinner and also to take camping as well. You can put in almost any veggie or topping choice.

Potatoes

Mexican Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Take the time to properly wash, peel, and chop your potatoes and veggies.
Chop up your bacon into small pieces or cut it up with scissors.
Cook your bacon a bit it will cook the rest of the way on the grill in the foil packet.
Cut your tin foil
wide enough for the potatoes and filling ingredients to fit in.
Sprinkle the tin foil with olive oil or spray with a nonstick spray.
Spread the diced potatoes on the oiled tin foil.
Layer the onions, bacon, peppers, and season to taste.
Seal up the foil tightly this will allow it to cook on the grill.
Throw on the top rack of the grill
and allow to cook for about 30 minutes.
Take the potatoes off the grill and top with shredded cheese, green onion, sour cream, and/or other toppings of your choice.
