Taco Twist Casserole

This Taco Twist Casserole is the perfect casserole for a busy weeknight and any taco Tuesday! Sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Spiral Noodles
  • 1 Lb Hamburger
  • 1 Can 15 Oz Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • Nacho Flavored Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.

  2. Start out by boiling water for the noodles and start browning your hamburger.

  3. Drain grease from hamburger when cooked and then add tomato sauce and taco seasoning

  4. After your noodles are done drain them and put them back in the pot.

  5. In the noodle, pan add sour cream and 1/2 cup of Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese and mix until Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese is melted.

  6. In a 9X13 pan spray with nonstick and spread out the noodle mixture.

  7. Pour the meat sauce mixture over the noodles in the casserole pans.

  8. Top with remain cheese, you can add more if you want. 

  9. Bake for about 30 minutes. 

  10. Remove the casserole pan and top with nacho cheese tortilla chips after done if you want.  (I did mine before baking and they were browning so do it after)

Recipe Notes

** Can add more cheese 

**You can also add jalapenos, chilies, olives, and diced tomato if you want
