Waffle Donuts

Waffle Donuts are so easy to make! They aren't fried and made on a waffle iron, top with icing and sprinkles to take them to the next doughnut level!

Prep Time 5 minutes

Total Time 7 minutes

  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
  • Sprinkles for decorating

  1. Start by spraying your waffle maker with cooking spray

  2. Take biscuits out and separate them.
  3. Put 1 biscuit in the center of waffle maker and close the lid
  4. Cook the biscuit for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
  5. While making the biscuits mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla with whisk until combined. If you want a chocolate glaze to add the baking cocoa; stir until combined.
  6. Dip at least one side of each donut into the glaze. And place on a baking rack to allow the icing to drip off. I did both sides for a sweeter doughnut. Top with sprinkles if you want.
