Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • Rice
  • Green Onions
  • Carrots
  • Green Peas
  • Olive Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare your white rice I throw mine in a rice cooker to make while doing the rest of the steps.  

  2. Dice up your chicken into small pieces.  

  3.  In a frying pan warm up a little bit of olive oil and minced garlic.

  4. Once the pan is warm and in your chicken to allow it to start to cook.

  5. In another pan scramble your eggs, I do a dozen.

  6. Chop up your green onion too, or use a pair of scissors 

  7. Prepare your carrots and peas, either cook them in a pan of water or steam them in the microwave.  

  8. Once your chicken and rice are done cooking start to combine everything to make your fried rice.

  9. With tracking points, I always assemble mine separately so I can measure and then mix together to serve to the rest of the family.

  10. Serve
